Money-Back Guarantee Terms
- Eligibility: Applies to clients enrolled in any paid credit repair plan who complete three (3) full consecutive rounds of dispute letters sent on their behalf.
- Qualifying condition: Zero negative items removed from any of the three credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) after all three rounds are complete.
- Refund amount: Monthly fees paid for credit repair services only. Tradeline costs, setup fees, and third-party charges are non-refundable.
- Client obligations: Client must provide accurate documentation, respond to requests within 14 days, and not have disputed items independently during the service period.
- Exclusions: Does not apply if items were removed and re-inserted, if disputes were filed outside of our process, or if the account was cancelled early.
- Process: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of completing round 3. Credit Man LLC reserves the right to verify completion of all three rounds before issuing a refund.
