FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS
Everything you need to know about credit repair, our process, pricing, and what to expect.
GETTING STARTED
No — that's exactly why we exist. Our service is designed for people with damaged, low, or unfair credit histories. Whether you have collections, late payments, charge-offs, or bankruptcies, we can help.
Simply click any 'Start Now' or 'Get Started' button on the site. You'll be asked for your name, email, and phone number. We'll then send you an invoice directly to your email to complete the purchase.
Yes! Use the free consultation form on our homepage and a specialist will contact you to review your situation at no cost or obligation before you commit to anything.
To get started we'll need your full legal name, address, date of birth, and a copy of your credit reports from all 3 bureaus (we can help you pull these). No sensitive financial documents are required upfront.
OUR PROCESS
We review your credit reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion and identify negative items that are inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable. We then send formal dispute letters to each bureau demanding they investigate and correct or remove those items.
Yes. We draft and mail certified dispute letters directly to all 3 credit bureaus on your behalf. Physical mail carries legal weight under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and typically gets faster, more thorough responses than online disputes.
Absolutely. Every client is assigned a dedicated credit specialist who manages your case from start to finish. You are never handed off to a call center or automated system.
You'll have access to our secure client portal at secureclientaccess.com where you can view your case status, documents, and score updates in real time. We also offer a mobile app for iOS and Android.
Once negative items are removed your score will typically increase — often significantly. We'll continue monitoring your report for any re-insertions (bureaus sometimes re-add items) and dispute them again at no extra charge.
PRICING & CONTRACTS
Our standard Credit Repair plan is $197/month with no hidden fees and no contract. The Super Package is $397 upfront (includes a tradeline boost + 1-on-1 coaching) then $197/month after. Cancel either plan at any time.
No contracts. Both plans are month-to-month and you can cancel at any time. We earn your business every single month by delivering real results — not by locking you in.
The Super Package ($397 upfront + $197/month) includes everything in the standard plan PLUS a tradeline added to your credit profile for a fast score boost, and dedicated 1-on-1 coaching sessions with a credit specialist to build a long-term credit strategy.
A tradeline is an account on your credit report. When you're added as an authorized user to a seasoned account with a long, positive payment history and low utilization, that history gets added to your profile — which can significantly boost your score in a short period.
None. The price you see is the price you pay. We don't charge setup fees, cancellation fees, or per-item removal fees. Everything is included in your monthly subscription.
RESULTS & TIMELINE
Many clients see changes on their credit report within 30–45 days of their first dispute round. The credit bureaus are legally required to investigate disputes within 30 days, so results can come quickly.
No reputable credit repair company can legally guarantee a specific score. What we can guarantee is that we will fight hard for every item on your report and keep disputing until we've exhausted every avenue. Our clients consistently see significant improvements.
It depends on your starting score and the items on your report. Clients with multiple negative items often see the biggest gains — some have seen 100+ point increases within 60 days. Clients with fewer items may see smaller but still meaningful improvements.
Re-insertion happens sometimes — creditors can re-add a disputed item if they verify it. If this happens we dispute it again at no additional charge. We monitor your report and fight re-insertions aggressively.
WHAT WE CAN REMOVE
We can dispute: late payments, collections, charge-offs, medical bills, repossessions, bankruptcies, student loan defaults, hard inquiries, judgments, tax liens, identity theft accounts, and any other item that may be inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable.
We can only legally dispute items that are inaccurate, unverifiable, or reported in violation of the FCRA. Accurate, verifiable negative items are harder to remove — but we still review them carefully and challenge any procedural errors in how they were reported.
Bankruptcies are among the toughest items to remove, but they do fall off automatically after 7–10 years. We can dispute a bankruptcy if there are reporting errors or inaccuracies in how it appears on your report.
Yes. Medical collections are one of the most commonly disputed items and one of the most frequently removed. New CFPB rules have also limited how medical debt can be reported, which gives us additional grounds for removal.
