1. Services Provided

Credit Man LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides credit repair, tradeline services, credit education, and related consulting services to consumers in the United States. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Reviewing credit reports and identifying disputable items
• Submitting disputes to credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) on behalf of clients
• Monitoring dispute progress via the Scorexer client portal
• Adding authorized user tradelines to client credit profiles
• Providing credit education materials and digital products
• Business and personal funding consulting (success-fee based)

Credit Man LLC operates in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and all applicable federal and state laws.

2. Fees & Payment Terms

Current service pricing is as follows:

• DIY Self-Repair Playbook: $27 one-time payment. Non-refundable after digital delivery.
• Credit Repair (Standard): $247/month. Covers up to 5 disputed items per month.
• Super Package: $597 first month, then $297/month. Covers 10+ items/month and includes one tradeline in the first month.
• Tradelines: Priced individually as listed. Payment required at time of purchase.
• Funding Consulting: No upfront fee. 10% success fee charged on funded amount upon receipt.

Monthly subscription fees are billed on the same day each month following enrollment. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. All prices are in USD and subject to change with advance notice.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your monthly credit repair subscription at any time by contacting us at least 5 business days before your next billing date. To cancel, contact us at info@uepholdings.com or email info@uepholdings.com.

Under CROA, you have the right to cancel any contract for credit repair services within 3 business days of signing without any penalty or obligation. We will provide a full refund of any fees paid during this 3-day window.

After the 3-day window, monthly fees are non-refundable for services already rendered. Digital products (Self-Repair Playbook) are non-refundable once delivered.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Credit Man LLC does not guarantee specific improvements to your credit score or the removal of any particular item from your credit report. Credit bureaus and creditors make final decisions on all disputes.

No credit repair company can legally guarantee specific results. Anyone who does is violating CROA. What we guarantee is that we will work diligently, professionally, and transparently on your behalf — using every legal tool available.

Individual results vary based on the specific negative items on your report, creditor responses, and the accuracy of information you provide to us.

5. Client Obligations

By enrolling in our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful personal information
• Not dispute accurate, verifiable information on your credit report
• Respond to our communications in a timely manner
• Not apply for new credit unnecessarily during the dispute process unless advised to do so
• Keep your contact information current with our office
• Review your Scorexer portal regularly to stay informed on progress

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Dispute accurate, legitimate debts or credit obligations
• Create a new credit identity (CPN fraud) — this is a federal crime
• Misrepresent your identity or financial situation to lenders
• Use tradelines in a manner that constitutes bank fraud
• Circumvent lawful collection activities

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of services without refund and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

7. Privacy & Data

We take your privacy seriously. Personal information you provide — including your name, address, Social Security number, and credit reports — is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and is never sold to third parties.

Your data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized Credit Man LLC staff members directly involved in your account. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

By using our services, you authorize us to access and use the credit information you provide in order to perform dispute services on your behalf.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute regarding our services, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving any issues directly and professionally.

In the event of a billing dispute, please notify us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and resolved through binding arbitration in Marion County, Indiana.

9. Limitation of Liability

Credit Man LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not responsible for decisions made by credit bureaus, creditors, lenders, or any third party in response to disputes or inquiries we submit on your behalf.
