REFUND POLICY
We stand behind our work. Here's exactly when and how refunds apply to Credit Man LLC services.
1. Statutory 3-Day Right to Cancel
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to cancel your credit repair service contract within three (3) business days of signing, without penalty or obligation. We will provide a full refund of any fees paid during this window.

2. 3-Round Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a performance-based money-back guarantee with the following terms:
Eligibility Requirements
- You must be enrolled in a paid monthly credit repair plan
- You must complete three (3) full consecutive dispute rounds without cancellation
- You must respond to our requests within 14 days throughout the process
- You must not have filed independent disputes outside our process during the service period
Qualifying Condition
Zero (0) negative items removed from any of the three credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) after all three rounds are complete.
Refund Amount
Monthly fees paid for credit repair services only. The following are excluded from this guarantee:
- Tradeline costs
- One-time setup or enrollment fees
- Digital products (Self-Repair Playbook)
- Third-party service charges
- Funding consulting fees
How to Request
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of completing round 3. Email info@uepholdings.com with your account information and we will verify completion before processing.
3. Monthly Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be received at least 5 business days before your next billing date.
Monthly fees already charged for services rendered are non-refundable outside of the 3-day cancellation window and the 3-round guarantee described above.
4. Digital Products
The Credit Repair Playbook and other digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered, as they are immediately accessible upon purchase. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
5. Tradeline Services
Tradeline purchases are non-refundable once a tradeline has been added to your credit profile. Due to the nature of authorized user tradelines and the costs associated with securing them, all tradeline sales are final.
Tradeline Disclaimer: No tradeline can guarantee a specific credit score increase, loan approval, or funding result. Credit reporting depends on bureau policies, scoring models, and other factors outside our control. Any company promising guaranteed score increases from tradelines is making claims they cannot back up.
6. Funding Consulting
Our funding consulting service operates on a success-based fee model. Our 10% fee is charged only when capital is funded into your account. Because no fees are collected unless funding occurs, no refund applies to the funding service.
